REFUND POLICY Please be aware that we will refund your faulty items in seven (7) calendar days from the date we receive the returned product(s) at our office. Refund will be made to the method of payment provided when you placed your order. We will refund the amount you paid for the product(s). However, your delivery charges will be excluded. Sale items are not eligible for this term. Posh Abaya reserves the right to refuse your refund request if item is delivered or communicated beyond the return period limit or if items are not in the same condition in which they were received.
